Another Rider For KR W

Just I saw it on youtube I notice that this coming December there will be another Rider will appear in the KR W series the Name is Kamen Rider Accel well it's just rumored it says but I'll be expecting more updates on this 2nd rider appearance and in the movie Kamen Rider Double Episode 0 I noticed that Philip will use the a new gaia memory called "Fang" which makes it "Fang Joker" on that Philip can become Double rather Shotaro....
